The Dow and S&P500 are on pace for another weekly decline even though both indices are up over half a percent today. We've been below 20 on the VIX signaling some calm in the market for now. The recent correction was swift but two-thirds of what was lost during the correction has already been recovered. Sentiment has shifted from fear to stability. The 10-year note is being watched closely as it nears 3.0%. Some analysts say that if we go over 3.0%, it could spark a retest of the recent lows. We'll be watching that closely as we prepare for our March positions.
